 I am not going to indulge you in a detail of eating fat free meals, or eating carrots and cucumber, or in short to starve like others have done it for you. Don't worry you don't have to jog, you don't have to starve, you don't need to take some extra time for this as I know we all want to look HOT, but without spending time and yes of course without spending money. What you have to do is very simple. Follow the following steps.


Take a deep breath.

Suck your lower area of belly

Suck as much as possible, around belly button area.

Do this for around 30-60 seconds

Release the breath

Repeat the steps

You can slowly increase the time of sucking. The longer you suck the sooner you trim. I know many who have trimmed their waists to around 2 inches by simply following these steps for the total of 5 minutes in three weeks. Now if you are in a hurry, as if you are getting married or had to attend something really important you can do this for a total of 20 minutes daily.
